The contract of bank account should be prepared to be given in writing. Before you sign and conclude the contract, the customer may request a complete copy, which allows a careful evaluation of the terms and conditions that are about to sign.

Through the contract the bank undertakes to carry out operations of collection and payment on the customer’s disposal, which in turn is required to pay the fees and charges, if so provided by contract. It must always be specified economic conditions applied during the management of the relationship and that will be charged to the account holders.

In addition to the copy of the contract at the time of subscription, the bank will also deliver the “paper”, containing the most important and which require greater attention by the customer.
